Tex Mex Tacos


  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Tablespoons Tex Mex Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Chopped Onion to taste (I chop a full onion, because I love them)
  • Mediteranean Salt to taste


  • Put Olive Oil in a pan; add onions and saute for 2 minutes
  • Add ground beef & salt and cook until browned throughout

This is great with our guacamole recipe.  Serve on soft or hard taco shells; whatever you prefer.  Or, simply put on your salad to make an amazing taco salad!
