Lemongrass Ginger Turkey Cutlets
Here's an easy, healthy, tasty way to prepare Turkey Cutlets
Ingredients:
- 2 Turkey Cutlets
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Mediterranean Salt
- 4 Tablespoons My Olive Shack Lemongrass Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
- Chop Turkey cutlets into bite-sized pieces
- Heat Olive Oil, Ginger & Salt in a skillet on the stove Medium to High heat
- Add Turkey cutlets; Cover (with lid or foil)
- Stir periodically until turkey is cooked through (approximately 8 minutes)
Serve with Garlic Butter Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans! Enjoy
