Lemongrass Ginger Turkey Cutlets

Here's an easy,  healthy, tasty way to prepare Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Chop Turkey cutlets into bite-sized pieces
  • Heat Olive Oil, Ginger & Salt in a skillet on the stove Medium to High heat
  • Add Turkey cutlets; Cover (with lid or foil)
  • Stir periodically until turkey is cooked through (approximately 8 minutes)

 

Serve with Garlic Butter Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans!  Enjoy
