Bourbon, Butter, Maple Sweet Potatoes



  • Bake Sweet Potatoes at 350 until tender (approximately 45 minutes)
  • Whisk together Olive Oil, White & Dark Balsamic to form your glaze
  • Slice cooked sweet potatoes, remove outer skin
  • Place potatoes on cookie sheet and pour glaze to cover potatoes
  • Put back in oven for 5-7 minutes
  • I always add more glaze just before eating -- it's just so yummy :)
